The project designed by Reto Egloff Architect, is a multi-family house.

thanks to the protruding and recessed balconies and the green facade, wich is provided with climbing plants in the balconies. The design blends in well with the townscape despite the total length of 39 meters, and offers the residents natural protection from the sun and privacy thanks to the greenery. In addition the floor plans were designed so that the living space can be expanded on the same hal of the floor as required.

The image made in collaboration with THIRD is a rainy dark shot, where the house glows in the center of the image.

The contrast between the dark mood of the exterior and the warm mood of the interior, give to the house a sense of calm and modern place to live.
