The project designed by Atelier Giavenale is a proposal for the new Piazza Marconi in Valdobbiadene. The redevelopment project of Piazza Marconi in Valdobbiadene aims to provide citizens and visitors with a lively public space with a strong identity, which can serve as a daily meeting point and space for events and celebrations. The main idea is to divide the square in different precincts, while still being perceived as a whole. The square is entirely paved with blocks of brownish-pink Porfido stone, with different finishing and size, while all the historic buildings are connected through a footpath in white Lessinia stone.
The images are realized in collaboration with Anita Aggio. The two shots wants to show how the piazza will be lived by the citizens after the redevelopment. For that, the choice of two differents daytimes and the two camerĂ s position. The second shot is a nightime shot, to show how will be illuminated and lived the maincore of the plaza with the passarella between the monument surrounded by bares shops and and other activity.
A 50 mm camera is used for both the views to enhance the mounmental quality of the space.
