The building, designed by Atelier Giavenale, is a contemporary multipurpose structure.
The sharp volumes and the industrial detailed materials gives the building a strong identity in the surrounding. At the same time, the plan libre and the possibility to open the groundfloor’s panels allowing the panorama to permeate inside the building. The interior of the building is designed around a vast double-height central void. Around this “un-core” are arranged the various spaces required by the program, with particular attention not to undermine the monumentality of the interior.
The composition of the external shot wants to emphasize the presence of the design in relation with the exterior landscape. The choice of the golden hour and the autumn atmosphere create a moment of calm and stability between the two realities, giving rise to an unique “non-place” to be observed.
The interior shot with the groundfloor closed in itself is a central perspective, with the light coming from the first floor emphasizing the atmosphere and the monumentality of the project with all its details.
